Coffee Cupping @ Stinky’s Bait Shack! Monday Sep 12 at 11am #DuneAllenBeachThis summer we introduced an exceptional coffee program at the Bait Shack. It’s been a delicious treat for us all. Please come meet Lauren Fink, founder/owner o…f Cherry Coffee from New Orleans at the Bait Shack this Monday, September 12th from 11 to noon. Lauren is a passionate, talented coffee aficionado who not only sources her beans from across the world but roasts them as well. She has generously agreed to instruct a Coffee Cupping event with our staff and with all our customers who’d like to attend. Coffee cupping, similar to a sommelier’s wine tasting is a process coffee professionals practice to ascertain the attributes of the beans. This include the aroma – dry, aroma brewed as well as the aroma & flavor profiles in the mouth. You are welcome to come & participate or just watch! It will be fun & informative & we hope you’ll join us!
